Sequos^® is a sequentially operated combinatorial synthesis platform enabling demanding air-, moisture- and temperature sensitive chemistries from mg to gram quantities. It provides its users with all new capabilities in the synthesis of targeted libraries and significantly improves their access to relevant quantities of templates, scaffolds and building blocks for structurally diverse libraries.

Sequos^® is an automated synthesis system, that can produce up to 100 compunds ranging from 200 milligrams to 50 grams. The instrument incorporates CYTOS^® technology for the precise control of reaction time, temperature and reactant concentration ratios allowing better synthesis to be conducted on a continuous basis especially when working with difficult chemistries. Sequos^® also allows the chemist to quickly produce 100 g and kilogram quantities of target compounds utilizing the same instrument and reaction conditions that were used to produce the first mg/g quantities of the compound.
