Reaction Optimization Device
OPTIMOS® is our technology platform for chemical and process
development. It automatically provides answers to the selection
of the optimal chemistry choices for a reaction as well as for its
physico-chemical conduct. To do so it supports several
state-of-the-art and proprietary experimental strategies.
Optimos® is a new system designed for the process development chemist who wants to quickly determine optimal reaction condition parameters for a chemical operation without having to run many batch synthesis. The device allows the process development chemist to determine optimal concentration, temperature and residence time parameters quickly utilizing patented microfluidic continuous chemistry processes and FT IR technology. Unlike running many batch reactions which can take weeks, the Optimos® device can determine optimal reaction conditions in a matter of hours.
