CYTOS® M Series

CYTOS®-M Series is a scaled down version of the
CYTOS®-Products which shows identical mixing and
heat-transfer
behaviour with 1/10 of the flow rate of the CYTOS®-Products.
The series offers the continuous operation of microreactors as an option for early stage researchers with restricted availability of starting material.
CYTOS®-M Series is based on CYTOS®-M, a microreactor
with 1/10th of the internal volume of a CYTOS®, but nevertheless with the same superior mixing and heat-transfer properties as
the CYTOS®.
Analogous products to CYTOS® Lab System and Sequos® can be created based on CYTOS® -M. The series is intended for operation in a chemical laboratory and for research purposes.
CYTOS®-M Series is designed for:
- production of chemicals from milligram to several gram quantities.
- Efficient utilisation of used raw materials
- Flow rates between 20 μl and 2 ml (max. 10 ml) per minute per raw material
- Inner volumes of 1.1 ml or 2.0 ml or 4.7 ml
- Sealing material for temperatures between -60 °C and 180 °C
-Identical fluidics as CYTOS® Lab System.
-Minimum synthesis amount 20 mg.
-Minimized dead volume.
-Applicable to multi step synthesis.
-Stainless steel and Hastelloy available.
