CYTOS® Lab System is a rapid scaling machine that is ideally suited to provide
those hard to get first 40 g of an intermediate as well as the tedious first
kilogram.
CYTOS® Lab System is designed by chemist for the chemist.
CYTOS® Lab System is based on an internal and an external modularity for the high flexibility by running different chemical reactions. The internal modularity offers the realisation of variable reaction times up to 135 min by using several residence time units. The external modularity provides a system configuration for a multi step synthesis. CPC-Systems' individual connecting principle minimised the dead volume in the system and provide the reaction isothermal condition through the whole system.
CYTOS® Lab System is designed for:
- liquid-liquid reaction
- reaction time up to 135 min (depending on flow rate)
- temperature range from -60 °C to +180 °C (-76 °F to +356 °F)
- flow rates from 0.2 up to 40.0 ml/min per pump
- production of chemicals from gram to higher kilo gram.
